Michele Ingram appeals her conviction, after a jury trial, of possession of a controlled substance in violation of Section 195.2021 for which she received a term of five years. Ingram raises two points of error. In her first claim of error, Ingram argues the evidence adduced at trial was insufficient to sustain the conviction. In her second claim, she asserts the trial court erred in failing to intervene
