Maryjo Gilroy (Gilroy) petitions for review of the June 12, 2007, order of the Department of Public Welfare (DPW) upholding the October 25, 2006, decision of the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals (BHA), which affirmed the decision of an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) finding that Gilroy received an overpayment of Medical Assistance (MA) benefits.
