Defendant, Tenet Health Systems Hospitals, Inc., d/b/a Meadowcrest Hospital, Inc., ("Meadowcrest"), appeals from a judgment granting an exception of prescription dismissing its petition for intervention. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
