Kurt T. Wells (appellant) appeals his conviction for driving while intoxicated. Via three issues, he contends that the trial court erred by allowing in unauthenticated hearsay evidence that violated his Sixth Amendment right to confront witnesses. The State concedes that the admission of the evidence violated the aforementioned constitutional right; nonetheless, it believes the error to be harmless. We disagree...
