This Court originally found that the trial court did not abuse its discretion by ordering the production of documents, which contained trade secrets. However, the Louisiana Supreme Court reversed and remanded the matter to the trial court for an evidentiary hearing to determine if the requested trade secrets were relevant and necessary to the exwife's claim.
