Terrence D. Moore pled guilty to two counts of second degree murder and two counts of use of a firearm to commit a felony. The district court for Douglas County sentenced Moore to imprisonment for 30 to 45 years on each count of second degree murder and for 10 to 10 years on each firearm count.
