¶ 1 Dimension Funding L.L.C. appeals the trial court's denial of its action for replevin, in which it sought repossession of a leased vehicle that its lessee sold to Edward Seabold, an innocent third party. Dimension argues that the trial court erred by (1) finding RCW 10.79.050 inapplicable and (2) applying the comparative innocence doctrine. We affirm.
