The plaintiff, Mary Irene Shepard (Shepard), appeals from a Superior Court judgment granting the motion for summary judgment of the defendant, Harleysville Worcester Insurance Co., Inc. (Harleysville). This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument on March 10, 2008, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not summarily be decided....
