The petitioner, Hogan Family Enterprises, Ltd. (Hogan), appeals orders of the Superior Court (Lewis, J.) denying its motion to return the matter to the trial docket, and granting a motion of the respondent, Town of Rye (town), to enforce a settlement. We affirm.
