Billy G. Sheahan appeals from the summary dismissal of his petition for post-conviction relief by which he sought a new trial following his conviction of first degree murder. He asserts that he has presented a meritorious claim that he received ineffective assistance of counsel because his attorneys in the criminal proceedings did not object to an erroneous jury instruction defining an element of the charged offense and did not raise this trial error...
