Appellant The Cadle Company ("Cadle") appeals the bankruptcy court's denial of its motion for sanctions against Richard B. Schiro ("Schiro"), counsel for the debtor in the underlying Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding. Cadle also appeals the bankruptcy court's award of attorney's fees to Schiro.
