[¶ 1] All of the parties to this appeal are members of Kite Ranch, LLC (Kite Ranch), a Wyoming limited liability company, which owns a ranch in Albany County. Galen and Rebecca Dunmire (Dunmires) and James and Donna Hedstrom (Hedstroms) filed a declaratory judgment action seeking a determination of the parties' respective rights in the company.
