The probate division of the circuit court found at Richard Tyson's probable cause hearing that the State had presented clear and convincing evidence that there was probable cause to believe he was a sexually violent predator ("SVP") on the grounds that he suffered from antisocial personality disorder that constituted a mental abnormality. It also gratuitously found that the State had failed to show probable cause to believe Tyson was a pedophile...
