ON Equity Sales Company ("ONESCO"), a securities broker-dealer and a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. ("NASD"), appeals the district court's1 order denying its motion for preliminary injunction to enjoin appellees from proceeding with their NASD arbitration and granting appellees' motion to compel arbitration. We dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
