BARNES, J., for the Court.

¶ 1. Charles Douglas Owens pleaded guilty in the Circuit Court of Harrison County to one count of armed robbery and one count of aggravated assault for robbing and shooting his employer. Owens was sentenced to thirty years for the armed robbery and ten years for the aggravated assault, with the sentences to run consecutively for a total of forty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department
