Appellant Chor J. Phavixay appeals from his conviction for delivery of methamphetamine, a violation of Ark.Code Ann. § 5-64-401 (Repl.2005), and his sentence to 384 months' imprisonment. His sole point on appeal is that the circuit court erred in admitting evidence of a prior crime, in violation of Rule 404(b) of the Arkansas Rules of Evidence.
