This is an appeal by the State of Louisiana ("the State") from the trial, court's judgment granting the motion for summary judgment filed by defendant Aon Risk Services of Louisiana, Inc. ("Aon") and dismissing the State's claims against it. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand.
