Appellant David W. Noell, individually and a limited partner in Crow-Billingsley Air Park Limited Partnership (CBA), sued CBA; its general partner, Airpark G.P., L.L.C., a Texas limited liability corporation; and Henry Billingsley, individually. (Collectively, these defendants are referred to as "the Billingsley parties.") Later, he amended his pleadings to seek a declaratory judgment against appellees Air Park Homeowners...
