Pending before the Court are several Motions to Dismiss (Docket Nos. 11, 12, 17, 20, 36, and 42). Furthermore, there is a pending Order to Show Cause in which Euripides Del-Villar-Rosario ("Plaintiff") was ordered to show good cause why his claims against several named Defendants should not be dismissed.
