The Appellant, Sergeant Ernie Joseph, seeks review of the decision of the Civil Service Commission for the City of New Orleans (the "Commission"), dismissing his appeal and thereby affirming the discipline imposed by the Superintendent of the New Orleans Police Department ("NOPD").
