Before this Court is a petition filed by John M. Mundie and Helen Ratner (Objectors) to set aside the nomination petition of Jennifer L. Mann (Candidate) as a candidate for the Democratic Party's nomination for State Treasurer in the general primary on April 22, 2008. In their petition, Objectors assert that Candidate's petition is fatally defective because it does not have the requisite number of signatures from the required number of counties...
