In 2002, plaintiffs purchased a summer home in the Town of Hunter, Greene County. Thereafter, they entered into a "ski season lease" renting the property for the months of November 2004 to April 2005 to two individuals who are not parties to this action. In January 2005, the property, which was covered by a homeowner's insurance policy issued by defendant, was destroyed by fire. Plaintiffs claimed, among other things, damage to their personal property...
