After defendant's husband died in July 1995, she retained third-party defendant, James E. Keable, to represent the estate. In December 1997, defendant sold property that she owned with her late husband as tenants by the entirety. Keable represented defendant at this sale, having her sign the deed as executor of her husband's estate. In late 1999 or early 2000, the purchasers sought a corrective deed conveying defendant's interest in the property. Accordingly...
