ADAMS, Judge.

Rafael Cox appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial following his conviction on one count of armed robbery. We affirm.

In addition to the armed robbery charge, Cox was originally indicted, along with co-defendants Bobby White and Rico Williams, on one count of murder, two counts of felony murder and two counts of aggravated assault in connection with an incident that occurred in the late evening, early morning hours of August 28-29...
