HOLLANDER, Judge.

The Circuit Court for Montgomery County, sitting as a juvenile court, found Julianna B., appellant, delinquent, based on its determination that she committed second-degree murder and related offenses. At an initial disposition hearing on January 11, 2006, the court committed appellant to the Department of Juvenile Services ("DJS" or the "Department"). This Court affirmed. See In re Julianna B., 177 Md.App. 547
