The Pike Circuit Court entered default judgments and judgments awarding damages against Charles Leedy in connection with two actions for trespass. Leedy now appeals these judgments, and the circuit court's denial of his motions to set them aside pursuant to Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure (CR) 60.02.
