[¶ 1] Appellant, Zina Jasper (Jasper) filed a complaint on August 4, 2006, seeking to set aside what she deemed a fraudulent conveyance of real property, made by her former husband and Appellee herein, Burton Field Brinckerhoff (Brinckerhoff).
