No. 28417.

952 A.2d 80 (2008)

109 Conn.App. 513

Daniel CARNEIRO v. COMMISSIONER OF CORRECTION.

Appellate Court of Connecticut.

Decided August 5, 2008.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Christopher M. Neary, special public defender, for the appellant (petitioner).

Mitchell S. Brody, senior assistant state's attorney, with whom, on the brief, were John A. Connelly, state's attorney, and Cara Eschuk, former supervisory assistant state's attorney, for the appellee (respondent).

FLYNN, C.J., and McLACHLAN and WEST, Js.

WEST, J.

The petitioner, Daniel Carneiro, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the court improperly concluded that his trial counsel did not render ineffective assistance of counsel by failing to object to certain testimony of three witnesses. We affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
