[¶ 1] James Eugene Wegley appeals from a Criminal judgment entered after a jury found him guilty of gross sexual imposition. We hold the district court did not err in admitting testimony about the victim's out-of-court statement, the court did not abuse its discretion in denying Wegley's request for a ruling that evidence of his prior rape conviction would not be admissible regardless of his trial testimony, and there was sufficient evidence...
