DOWNING, J.

Douglas S. Hayward, Sr., appeals a judgment granting Germania Plantation, Inc. (Germania), a preliminary injunction revoking an order of executory process1 and enjoining the Ascension Parish sheriff, or anyone, from selling certain property. The judgment also restored possession to Germania. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
