Opinion by Justice MOSELEY.

This is an accelerated interlocutory appeal in a medical malpractice suit. Appellant Erica Mosely, M.D. complains the trial court erred in denying her motion to dismiss, which was based on her objections to the sufficiency of the expert report filed by the plaintiffs/appellees, Margaret Mundine and her husband, Abraham. The Mundines moved to dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. We conclude we have jurisdiction...
