Defendant and codefendant Robert Williams were charged with unlawfully entering the home of defendant's mother-in-law shortly past 11:00 P.M. on July 20, 2002 and fatally shooting her and her 14-year-old daughter. At the time, defendant resided in Maryland with his wife and the victims lived in the City of Binghamton, Broome County. Both victims were scheduled to testify against defendant in an upcoming criminal trial in Maryland stemming from allegations...
