Patrick Crawford (Movant) appeals from the denial of a motion to vacate judgment and sentence under Rule 29.15 without an evidentiary hearing. The convictions sought to be vacated were for one count of attempted forcible rape, Section 566.030, RSMo 2000, and one count of second-degree domestic assault, Section 565.073, RSMo 2000, for which Movant was sentenced to consecutive terms of ten and two years imprisonment, respectively.
