Anton Sherrod Ingram appeals from the denial of a motion he filed pursuant to Maryland Rule 4-345(a), which is the rule that provides: "The court may correct an illegal sentence at any time." Ingram asserted in his motion that his sentence is illegal because he had previously been tried and convicted of a lesser included offense arising out of the same course of conduct which gave rise to his current sentence.
