[¶ 1] In 2006, we held that Maine's statutory prohibition against the use of public funds to pay tuition at private sectarian schools through the state's tuition program did not violate the Free Exercise Clause, the Establishment Clause, or the Equal Protection Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
