According to his complaint, plaintiff Roberto Diaz slipped and fell in rainwater, which had accumulated around the bumper car ride at Wild Adventures Theme Park in Valdosta. Diaz and his wife, Nadiezhda Kozlovskaya ("Nadia"), filed this premises liability action to recover damages for injuries sustained by Diaz in the fall and for Nadia's loss of consortium.
