This is an original proceeding seeking a writ of mandamus compelling arbitration. Rodney Rose and his wife Paula sued Citgo Petroleum Corporation and Stoneburner-Verrett Electric Company, Inc. for damages relating to an on-the-job injury that Rose alleges he sustained at a Citgo refinery in Louisiana.
