Defendant was charged in two separate indictments with a number of theft-related crimes. In satisfaction of both, he pleaded guilty to offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree and grand larceny in the third degree. At the time of the plea, no specific agreement was made with respect to the sentences to be imposed, except that they would run concurrently.
