Kendrick Nathaniel Gray was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault, one count of burglary, and two counts of cruelty to children. A jury found him guilty of aggravated assault and burglary and, on the cruelty to children counts, of the lesser offense of cruelty to children in the third degree. The trial court sentenced Gray to twenty years on the first three counts-twelve in prison and eight on probation. The court did not any impose sentence...
