Leiloni Popoalii brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Correctional Medical Services' (CMS) and Missouri Department of Corrections' (MDOC) staff, and Dr. Raymond Bloomquist. Popoalii claims that these defendants acted with deliberate indifference to her serious medical needs while she was incarcerated in the Women's Eastern Reception Diagnostic and Correctional Center (WERDCC).
