Defendant was charged with various crimes in two separate indictments. She pleaded guilty to criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree in satisfaction of the first indictment and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree in satisfaction of the second indictment. Her subsequent motion to withdraw her pleas was denied and she was thereafter sentenced as a second felony...
