This appeal presents the tail end of a class action in which employees accused the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago of race, sex, and age discrimination. Four years ago the district court decertified the class and allowed employees to pursue individual claims. Only two remain for resolution on this appeal. The district judge concluded that these two had not established even a prima facie case of discrimination and granted summary judgment...
