This personal injury action arose from a motor vehicle accident involving several vehicles. Plaintiffs Felice Dupree and her daughters, Shaleshia Dupree and Darecia Atkins, sued Defendant Kevin Sayes for personal injuries allegedly sustained when the vehicle driven by Mr. Sayes collided with the vehicle driven by Ms. Dupree.
