Brothers Robert Allen Lewicki and Joseph William Lewicki, Jr. appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County on remand in a quiet title action commenced by P.S. Hysong. The trial court decreed that a tax sale conducted September 19, 2000 was a valid and proper tax sale and served to divest the Lewickis of all right, title and interest in the property at issue, decreed further that Hysong was the sole and exclusive...
