Juan Almonacid was convicted by a jury of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine. The district court imposed a sentence of 235 months' imprisonment. We affirmed Mr. Almonacid's conviction on direct appeal. See United States v. Almonacid, 70 Fed.Appx. 390, 391 (7th Cir.2003).
