This appeal arises from a personal injury lawsuit brought by Appellee Kevin Fletcher against Appellant Alisa Mills. At trial, the jury awarded Fletcher $1,551.00 in past medical expenses. On appeal, Mills argues that pursuant to section 41.0105 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, the amount of Fletcher's award for past medical expenses should have been reduced because his medical providers accepted lesser...
