Reyes Fabian Olivera-Mendez entered a conditional plea of guilty to the charge of possession with intent to distribute five grams or more of powder cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The district court1 sentenced him to 120 months' imprisonment and five years of supervised release.
