[¶ 1] Roland Riemers appealed from a district court judgment dismissing his action for injunctive relief and nominal damages against the State of North Dakota for the University of North Dakota ("UND"). We affirm the dismissal under N.D.R.Civ.P. 12(b) of Riemers' claim seeking injunctive relief to require UND to allow him to audit law school classes.
