BILL VANCE, Justice.

Mike McKenna, a professional bondsman, was the surety on a $5,000 bail bond on which Robert Lewis Mossburg was the principal and the person charged with the offense. After Mossburg failed to appear at his August 30, 2002 trial, judgment nisi was entered. A final default judgment for forfeiture of the full amount of the bond was entered after McKenna failed to appear at the bond forfeiture...
