A jury convicted Perry McMillon of involuntary manslaughter for pushing his wife, Sheila McMillon, into the path of an oncoming vehicle on Highway 84 in Decatur County, during an argument outside of Fred's Nightclub. The trial court sentenced him to ten years to serve.
